Intense ruby ​​red color. Delicate aroma, ethereal, with hints of jam. Dry, harmonious, soft taste with a typical bitter aftertaste. The wine is aged in 30 hl Slavic oak barrels for 12 months and then in bottles for another 12 months. Valpolicella Doc Superiore produced with the traditional "Ripasso" technique.

Ideal with pasta, meat and sausages, game and cheeses. Particularly suitable to accompany autumn risottos and pasta and beans. It is recommended to be served at 17-18 °C.
