The vineyard is located 500 m above sea level near the city of Bolzano. Exposure and steepness give the grape its typical aroma. Soil, sand and limestone give it freshness. The color comes yellow, the dense aroma of elder flowers and tropical fruits. A perfect combination on the palate of fresh acidity and smooth body.

Lobsters, goat cheese, fennel salad, etc. would be ideal.
