Straw yellow with golden reflections. ( smell ) Attractive, aromatic nose, with special aromas of apple, pear, chamomile, tropical fruits and fresh mineral character. Interesting and typical aromas of the Arneis grape. Fresh, dry, delicate, harmonious and pleasant with fruit, soft with medium body and pleasant mineral taste. POGGIO DI CARO is only refined in the bottle for approximately 3 months before release.

It combines perfectly with risotto, pasta with light sauces, fish and white meat. Also excellent as an aperitif.
