In appearance intense ruby red color with light garnet reflections. The nose is enveloping, intense, with notes of violet flowers and fruit notes of blackberry, raspberry, morello cherry, plum jam, pleasantly spicy with hints of cinnamon, white pepper, chocolate and subtle vanilla notes on the finish. Primitivo’s gentle warmth envelops the palate with compelling sweetness, balanced by a good freshness and a lingering finish with subtle hints of vanilla.

Spiced cheeses, sweets based on almonds, walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, typical of the Apulian tradition.
