This wine has a pale straw yellow color with gold and green accents. On the nose you can feel notes of pear, peach, almond and acacia flowers. The taste is fresh and dry with a slight hint of minerality.

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with chicken, fish, crustacean dishes, soups and green salads. Also perfect with aged cheeses.
