The vineyard is located in the basin of the Bolzano valley where there is mainly clay soil, rich in minerals. Light red/pink color with aromas of small red fruits. Pleasant acidity and refreshing in the mouth.

With full-flavoured first courses, smoked fish, sea bass, salmon and as an aperitif.
