Straw yellow with typical green reflections. (sniffing) Broad, delicious, with aromas of wild flowers, almonds, white and yellow fruits such as apples, pears, white plums and eggplants. The taste is fresh, dry, intense, harmonious and pleasantly fruity, smooth with good body, well-balanced acidity and pleasant long aftertaste. It is only aged in the bottle for approximately 3 months before release. The marked difference in temperature between day and night typical of this area enhances the special fragrance of this summer's flowers. A surprising Piedmontese white with a nice longevity.

Goes well with appetizers, shellfish and seafood. Also excellent as an aperitif and with sushi.
