Deep ruby ​​red color. Ethereal aroma, with hints of cherry, bitter almond and plum. Full and warm taste. Harvesting is done late and manually (natural drying in the shoots until the first days of November). Aged for 1 year in 30 hl Slavic oak barrels. Further processing in the bottle for 12 months.

Excellent red wine, ideal with meat dishes, roasts, game and aged cheeses. It is recommended to remove the cork one hour before eating and serve at a temperature of 17-18 °C.
