Selected vineyards in Oltradige at an altitude of 400-450 m above sea level, mineral soil with a medium structure of sand and gravel. Green to yellow color and delicate, dry, fresh fruit aromas. The taste is reminiscent of pineapple, banana, apple, pear, citrus, caramel, vanilla and butter. Maturation takes place for 6 months in new and used French oak barrels (225 lt) - where malolactic fermentation also takes place.

Rich dishes with fish, but also chicken or beef.
