Golden yellow in color, with a dry, velvety and full-bodied taste. When it is young it has an elegant and nuanced aroma with notes of exotic fruits. With light aging, the aromas become more intense and the range of the bouquet is enhanced to meadow herbs, aromatic leaves and dried fruits.

Shellfish and seafood, first course with mushrooms and truffles, stewed meat. After several years of aging on blue cheeses.
