Intense ruby ​​red with typical violet reflections. The nose is broad, elegant, fresh, rich in aromas of small red fruits, violets and ripe grapes with pleasant hints of spices. Fine, fresh, medium structure, very balanced with a soft acidity and a long spicy finish. The bunches are picked by hand and cooled with carbonic snow to avoid oxidation and to significantly reduce the use of sulfites. The aging process in wood lasts 14 months in medium-sized oak barrels (2500-4000 liters).

This wine combines with pasta, risotto, roasted meats, cheeses and sausages.
