Deep ruby red color with garnet reflections. Aroma ethereal, vanilla, spicy, with hints of cherry, bitter almonds and vanilla. Full, warm taste. Drying from the middle of September for approximately 100 days, the pressing of the grapes is done between December and January. Aged for 4 years in 30 hl Slavic oak barrels. Further processing in the bottle for 12 months.

Ideal wine with meat dishes, boiled meat, game and hard cheeses. It is recommended to remove the cork one hour before eating and serve at a temperature of 17-18 °C.
