Deep garnet red color. Aroma ethereal, vanilla, spicy, with hints of cherry, bitter almonds and plums. Full and warm taste. Drying from the end of September for about 100 days, grape pressing is done between December and January. Aging is done in 30 hl Slavic oak barrels for 3 years and then in bottles for 12 months.

Excellent red wine, ideal with meat dishes, roasts, game and aged cheeses. It is recommended to remove the cork one hour before eating and serve at a temperature of 17-18 °C.
