Intense ruby ​​red with garnet reflections. Big, intense and pleasant bouquet with hints of licorice and tobacco, spices, leather and dried rose. On the palate fine, well-structured and very balanced, with velvety tannins and a long and elegant finish. The bunches are hand-picked on the vibrating table and chilled with carbonic snow to avoid oxidation and significantly reduce the use of sulphites .The aging process in wood lasts 20 months in medium-sized oak barrels (2500-4000 liters). SANAVENTO is appreciated for its harmony and elegance due to its velvety tannins and soft acidity.

It combines perfectly with game meat, roast meat, hard cheeses and truffle dishes.
