Red color with garnet reflections. The nose is broad, elegant, with aromas of small red fruits, flowers, spices and coffee. On the palate fine, elegant, medium to full bodied and very balanced, with pleasant tannins and a fascinating finish. The bunches are picked by hand on the vibrating table and cooled with carbonic snow to avoid oxidation and significantly reduce the use of sulfites. The aging process in wood lasts 12 months in medium-sized oak barrels (2500-4000 liters).

Combines with red meat dishes, pastries and semi-hard cheeses.
