The land lies in Valpolicella, in an area called Canova. The result is a different supply of water to the plants during the different stages of their development and a large growth of leaves and grapes. We strongly believe in the importance of respecting biological times and rules. Both in the vineyard and in the winery, we have been using only natural products and techniques forever.
